  • Stuffed Portobello mushroom with smoked bacon rarebit, baby rocket and aged balsamic dressing

  • Blade of beef served on colcannon mash and red wine jus, topped with crispy onions
  • Slow cooked rump of lamb with Dauphinoise potato and a port and redcurrant jus
  • Fillet of hake served on crushed potato with a chive beurre blanc
